Includes all services in the Fairy Godmother and Stagecoach packages, as well as:

  • Accompany Bride/Groom to initial scheduled meetings with wedding vendors, and
    ceremony/reception sites***

  • Assist in negotiating contracts**, review contracts to assure accuracy, and
    maintain a copy of contracts in order to insure all vendors are providing products
    and/or services which are outlined in the contract

  • Meet with site coordinator (by phone or in person) to finalize details for the
    ceremony and reception

  • Communicate regularly with all vendors to insure all arrangements which have
    previously been agreed upon are on track

  • Manage arrangements and negotiate prices for accommodations for out of town
    guests


** Please note, the Bride and Groom will book/sign contracts of all services with vendors

*** Maximum of three wedding vendors (Cinderella Package only),                   
ceremony/reception sites at 1 hour per site, then a charge of 25.00 per each additional
vendor, site, or additional hour(s)
